‘Relax’ Villa located in the Village of Belle Aire updated in 2020 with a clean aesthetic providing you with a tranquil retreat and access to world renown Villages amenities. We are conveniently located between 2 town squares-Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing, both within 3.5 miles and Brownwood Square , 7miles from the villa. Multiple recreation centers with heated , Olympic size pools located within 1-3 miles. Also within a mile or two are The Polo club, Arnold Palmer country club, Nancy Lopez Country Club. You will have access to 38 Executive golf courses and 13 Championship golf courses. Endless opportunity for walking, biking and exploring via golf carts just a step outside of your front door. There are 96 club houses sprinkled throughout The Villages community offering every activity imaginable as well as hundreds of dining options ranging from quick bites to fine dining and endless shopping options. Beyond The Villages, we are also an hour from Orlando’s attractions including Disney and Universal Studios. Florida’s world famous beaches are just a 1.5 drive to East coast and 2 hours to West coast.
After exploring , relax in a private courtyard equipped with brand new loungers and with a tropical landscaping or enjoy a meal Al Fresco in your private outdoor table in the enviable Florida winter weather. Relax well in the Master bedroom equipped with a brand new king size memory foam mattress or binge watch your favorite series’s on the new 32’ smart TV in the comfort of your bed. Second bedroom has queen size memory foam mattress and its own smart TV. Living room provides 2 comfortable recliners and reclining couches and a large 48’ smart TV with access to Netflix and other viewing apps.
